Anas Alassi

IT Specialist — business systems & SaaS solutions

I build the systems businesses actually run on — ordering platforms, internal IT tools, e-commerce and custom software — then deploy them on infrastructure I manage and keep them running afterwards.

Digital Menu

A contactless QR menu guests open in the phone browser — nothing to install. Orders reach the kitchen immediately, and prices or dishes change without reprinting anything.

  • QR ordering with no app download
  • Category filter, add-ons and order tracking
  • WhatsApp notification on new orders

IT Hub

An internal IT platform I built and operate. It runs entirely behind authentication, so there is no public page to browse — I walk you through it live instead.

About

I turn business problems into systems that run every day

Most businesses do not need more software. They need the right system, set up properly, in a language their team actually uses.

I am Anas Alassi, an IT specialist based in Riyadh. I work across the whole life of a system: understanding the problem, building the software, deploying it on infrastructure I manage myself, and keeping it running once real people depend on it.

My work covers custom business platforms, digital menus for restaurants, e‑commerce, and internal IT tools. Everything I ship is bilingual by default, because a system that only works in English is only half deployed in this market.

AA Technology is my own independent technology venture — the name I build and publish my work under.

How I work

Direct communication, no account managers, and a written scope before anything is built. You talk to the person who writes the code and runs the server.

What I do

Scoped per project. Pricing is quoted after we agree what the system actually has to do.

Custom business systems

Internal tools that replace spreadsheets and manual steps — built around how your team already works.

Digital Menu — contactless ordering for restaurants

The problem. Printed menus go stale the moment a price changes, and reprinting costs time and money. Guests wait for someone to take an order that could have been placed the moment they sat down.

What I built. A browser-based QR menu with category filtering and add-ons, order tracking, and WhatsApp notification. Orders arrive at the kitchen immediately. The menu is fully bilingual with real RTL, not a bolt-on translation.

A deliberate decision. Payment is not built in. Orders are settled the way the venue already settles them — cash or card at the table — and online payment can be enabled later when a provider is connected. That kept rollout simple and avoided forcing venues into a payment contract they did not ask for.
